- Access Token: Encrypted credentials to access your store's product data
- Billing Information: Subscription plan and payment status (processed by Shopify)
2.2 Customer Scan Data
- Selfie Photos: Temporarily processed for AI analysis, then immediately
deleted
- Skin Analysis Results: Skin type, identified issues, and analysis summary
- Product Recommendations: Products recommended based on analysis
- Cart Activity: Products added to cart from recommendations
- Customer ID: Optional identifier (if provided by your store)

- Number of scans performed
- Scan timestamps and frequency

4. Data Privacy & Security
Important: Selfie photos are never stored. They are processed in real-time
for analysis and immediately deleted after analysis is complete.

- Photos are sent directly to our AI processing service (OpenAI)
- Photos are analyzed and deleted within seconds
- We retain zero copies of customer selfies
- Only analysis results (skin type, issues) are stored
4.2 Data Security
- All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption
- Database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel + Supabase)
- Access tokens are encrypted
- Regular security audits and updates
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our functionality:
- Shopify: E-commerce platform and billing processing
- OpenAI: AI-powered image analysis (GPT-4 Vision)
- Vercel: Cloud hosting and application infrastructure
- Supabase (PostgreSQL): Database for storing analysis results
- n8n: Workflow automation for processing requests

- Selfie Photos: Deleted immediately after analysis (within seconds)
- Scan Results: Retained for analytics purposes unless deletion is requested
- Store Data: Retained while you have an active subscription
- After Uninstall: All data is deleted within 48 hours (see GDPR section)
