Agreement: By installing and using Skinalyze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service. Please read them carefully before using our app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skinalyze ("the App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"),
a Shopify application. By installing, accessing, or using Skinalyze, you ("Merchant", "you", or "your")
agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Skinalyze.
2. Description of Service
Skinalyze is an AI-powered skin analysis application that:
- Allows your customers to take selfies for skin analysis
- Uses artificial intelligence to identify skin type and concerns
- Recommends products from your store based on the analysis
- Provides analytics and insights through a dashboard
3. Eligibility
To use Skinalyze, you must:
- Be a Shopify merchant in good standing
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the authority to enter into this agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Account and Subscription
4.1 Registration
To use Skinalyze, you must have a valid Shopify store. Installation of the app creates an account
automatically using your Shopify credentials.
4.2 Subscription Plans
Skinalyze offers the following subscription plans:
- Basic Plan: $9.99/month - 100 scans per month
- Pro Plan: $29.99/month - 500 scans per month
- Enterprise Plan: $99.99/month - Unlimited scans
All plans include a 3-day free trial. Development stores can use test mode indefinitely.
4.3 Billing
- Billing is processed through Shopify's secure payment system
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis
- You will be charged the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
5. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. During the trial:
- You have full access to your selected plan
- You will not be charged
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends
- After the trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin or our app dashboard. Upon
cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 48 hours in case of reactivation
- After 48 hours, all data will be permanently deleted
6.2 Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused scans
- Downgrades mid-billing cycle
- Apps that are uninstalled before the billing cycle ends
Exception: If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents the app from functioning,
we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
7. Acceptable Use
7.1 Permitted Use
You may use Skinalyze for:
- Providing skin analysis to your legitimate customers
- Recommending products from your store
- Collecting analytics on usage patterns
7.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT use Skinalyze to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
- Use automated systems to abuse scan limits
- Resell or redistribute the service
- Collect customer data for unauthorized purposes
8. Customer Data and Privacy
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from your customers before using the app
- Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Informing customers about how their data is used
- Ensuring your use of customer data complies with Shopify's terms

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Rights
Skinalyze and all related technology, software, and content are owned by Coding Innova. You receive a
limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app according to these Terms.
9.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to:
- Your store's product data
- Your customer information
- Any content you provide through the app
10. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Skinalyze. The app may be
unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
- Emergency repairs
- Third-party service issues (Shopify, OpenAI, etc.)
- Force majeure events
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Update pricing with 30 days notice
- Change scan limits or quotas
- Improve or enhance the app
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy of analysis results
AI Analysis: Skinalyze uses AI technology which may not be 100% accurate. Results
should not be considered medical advice. We are not responsible for recommendations based on analysis
results.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODING INNOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the app
- Errors or inaccuracies in analysis results
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coding Innova, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from
any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of Skinalyze
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights
15. Termination
15.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app or canceling your subscription.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse or misuse the service
- Fail to pay subscription fees
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the app will be revoked
- Your data will be retained for 48 hours
- After 48 hours, all data will be permanently deleted
- Outstanding fees remain due
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without
regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Skinalyze shall be resolved through:

- Mediation: If negotiation fails, both parties agree to mediation
- Arbitration: Final disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:
- Immediately for new users
- 30 days after notification for existing users
Continued use of Skinalyze after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coding Innova
regarding Skinalyze.
